It’s a poem entangled in the wispy threads of fantasy and adorned with emotion-evoking lore.
The Power Gems
A thousand years ago in a lush forest
A waterfall poured, sounding like a jolly jingle
Behind it was a glass sphere that shone its best
With no one to disrupt or mingle.
The sphere has five Power Gems
That holds the power of a hundred suns
The Ruby Scepter, the Emerald Ring
That twinkled in the sun and looked bling
The Sapphire Crown, the Diamond Clock
Even a glimpse would make one’s jaw drop
The Amethyst Quill with a soft violet glow
Can grant any wish before the person can know.
Vile creatures found the sphere
And damaged it beyond repair
The spirits who made these gems
Hid them beyond the universe, like lace at a dress’s hem.
Evil forces seek these gems
For they are the ultimate power source
The deeds they do won’t be good
As they rise from the dark, black hood
They yearn to conquer humans and fellow lifeforms
And make the metaphorical dark the norm.
You, my friend, are chosen to fight
And set everything right
However, the job won’t be easy
Make sure evil won’t ever be seen
Bring back the land that used to be serene
The land that is not consumed by the wicked, dark sea.
